You will need to learn a lot of words in English.

Vocabulary is something that you have to teach yourself a little at a time.
The best way to do this is to write out 3 or 4 new words every day and repeat them
over and over again, until you know them from memory.

Take a look at the following lists, and start with something that you will use often...

1.  Describing people
12.  Shopping
23.  At the pharmacy
2.  At the Doctor's
13.  Telephone use
24.  Likes and dislikes
3.  At the hotel
14.  At the restaurant
25.  At the office
4.  At the airport
15.  Planning a holiday
26.  Decorating, renovating
5.  Going to school
16.  Asking the way
27.  At the bank
6.  Job Interview, Resumé
17.  Meetings
28.  The computer
7.  Contract
18.  Company structure
29.  Relatives
8.  Jobs (a)
19.  Jobs (b)
30.  Job Application
9.  Animals
20.   Fish and Birds
31.  Car Parts
10. Business English nouns
21.  Business English verbs
32.  Paying Bills
11. Soccer & other Sports
22.  Furniture & Household
33.  Giving Instructions

These will be linked to pages shortly and there are more to come...

Now, take one word at a time;  look it up in the dictionary to find out what it means in your language; write it out in Phonetics and listen to the Pronunciation.

When you have done that – write a simple sentence in English, using the word in a way that will help you remember what it means.

Every day, read the sentences out loud and repeat them to yourself over and over again.
With this sort of practice you will soon memorize them.
